2 rows ice water shield were installed on the roof edge & in the valleys. Synthetic felt was installed on the rest of the roof. Saw cut a new reglet flashing into the rock chimney. Finished cut valley system was installed.Shingle over vented ridge was installed for proper ventilation. 30 year warranty Landmark shingles by CertainTeed were installed.

We installed the metal soffit & fascia metal system. We installed the seamless gutters & downspouts. Installed 2 rows of ice & water shield on the roof edge & 1 row around the penetrations & where the roof meets the siding. Installed synthetic felt on the rest of the roof. Installed all new roof flashings, shingle tins, & saw cut in a new reglet flashing into the stucco wall. Installed 50 year warranty impact resistant Northgate shingles by CertainTeed. Installed a .060 mil. Fully adhered EPDM rubber roofing system on the flat roof areas by Elevate formerly Firestone Building Products Company.

his was another unique job. As we had to take the metal roof off of metal perlins that were spaced 5 feet on center. The old screws would not unscrew so we had to cut them all off with grinders. Installed a new 26 gauge Mighti-Rib metal roofing system by Fabral Metal Roofing Systems.
Commercial EPDM Fully adhered rubber roofing systems
We installed 2 layers of polyisocyanurate insulation over the existing metal roofing system. Mechanically fastened every two square feet screwed to the existing metal roof. Installed a new .060 mil Fully Adhered rubber roofing system by Elevate formerly Firestone Building Products Company. Akso installed 24 gauge metal flashing in the roof edge.
